 Amazing experienceMade (pronounced Ma-day) was a great host who welcomed us and show us all the facilities. The villa was luxury in an old wooden cabin way which was fantastic. Lush infinity pool which was warm and overlooking the beach which we could just walk straight onto as if it was our own. The villas arranged for our airport pickup which was about 40 minutes depending on traffic. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink and snack. The staff showed us around our villa and were nothing short of amazing our entire stay. They were so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The villas are locked by the staff when you leave the property which is very reassuring and set us up with a scooter for the day. Now, let’s talk about the views!!! The villa itself is beautiful and not like your average hotel, it had a great Bali feel to it. Taking a look outside our villa was our own private infinity pool overlooking the ocean!!! A private pool with the ocean in the backyard is something you have to experience. My morning coffee will never be the same. During our stay we also opted for the romantic couples dinner which was so beautiful and delicious as well as a floating breakfast. This villa will be hard to top and you can’t beat the price! We will definitely be staying here again our next trip to Bali. The villa accommodated our group of 14 very comfortably. We had lots of shared space, but also quiet, private areas. The villas themselves were unique and interesting. However, the highlight was definitely the staff. It would not have been near as enjoyable without them - efficient, friendly and effective. Food options were varied and flexible The airport pick-up and driver services were excellent. Not only were they comfortable and safe trips, we were provided a wealth of knowledge. True ambassador of Bali. We hosted a luncheon for 60 people following a wedding in the area. It was superb - well beyond our expectations. I highly recommend this villa! Thanks to the staff! The villas were traditional Balinese styles and amazing. It was mostly open air living, which we loved, but it's not for everyone. We were in the two bedroom villa and the bathroom and kitchen were both outside. Great views of the ocean and the private pool was so nice and relaxing. We feel asleep each night to the the sound of the waves. Very quite and peaceful place. The food was great. Staff was very friendly, nice, and attentative. The only down side we found was it was a long drive to major places like ubud and denpasar, about and 1-1.5 hours away. Would recommend this place to anyone!! WE WILL BE GOING BACK!! We missed breakfast by several hours but they were more than happy to bring it to us. This was unforgettable and perfect in every way. The villa is beautiful and a wonderfully restored Javan building with lovely features and well modernised. The staff are unobtrusive and very good. Our shoddy timekeeping wasn't a problem. Fantastic location if you want a place to escape the crowds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Kids loved the private pool. The accommodation (2 room villa) is comfortable and spacious but has a rustic feel that some may not like if they are expecting a 'hotel' experience. The food was great. Date of Posting: 05 August 2017 Shane, (NZ), Booking.com reviews Amazing/Relaxing experienceThe property was beautiful and quiet, tucked away from the hussle and bustle of the cities. We rented scooters for about 5 USD per day and road into Seminyak (45 minutes), Tanah Lot (20 minutes) and Batu Bolong Beach (20 minutes) on different days. Batu Bolong was a great place to find restaurants and a big public beach as well as multiple bars. The grounds are maintained well and kept very clean. The staff is just amazing here and just a phone call or a 3 second walk away. They are always willing to help and really do whatever they can to accommodate you. The shower was cold the day we arrived but was repaired within 10 minutes after notifying the staff and stayed nice and hot for the remainder of our stay. The food options are good and delivered right to your table. They really treat you like Kings/Queens here. I would recommend to anyone. It is a little remote and therefore you need to drive (or be driven) everywhere. The beach is beautiful but too rough for swimming, especially with kids.
